I love this place! Everyone should bring their bikes here because they are professional and also if your bike needs a tune up bring it here because it is about 20-30$ cheaper than other bike stores i believe they charge $49.99 and they do better job then the rest of the shops i have been to. Go check them out!!

Tune-Up Process

  1. Pop the bike in the stand, check the gear indexing and brake performance.
  2. Inspect the wheels for damage and trueness, tyre for wear.
  3. Check the brake pads, chain, cassette, rings for wear
  4. Check the hubs for play, spokes for odd tension.
  5. Check the headset and BB for play and smoothness.
  6. Pop the wheels out, wipe down the frame.
  7. Remove cranks, derailleurs, chain, cassette.
  8. Put bits from the above that are to be kept to soak in degreaser. Find replacements for the rest.
  9. Remove anything else that might want a soak in a degreaser (brake arms etc.) and soak.
  10. Check all fittings (racks, lights, brake levers) are tight and the bolts are undamaged.
  11. Check the cables for damage/rust/dragging. Replace as necessary.
  12. Clean the wheels, check for damaged rims, nipples, tires, spokes.
Check the spoke tension in a truing stand.
     13. Clean, re grease and replace any drivetrain bits that need replacing.
  Pop the wheels back in.
     14. Fit new cables if necessary, and index the gears.
     15. Replace brakes, new pads if necessary, and set up. Stretch all cables. Reset anything cable-based.
